Inflation Unit

The core workflow of an inflation device is continuous and efficient. Upon startup, the power assembly first draws in air or a specified gas from the external environment. Subsequently, the gas is introduced into a compression mechanism, where it is pressurized through mechanical compression or volume displacement to generate sufficient inflation force. The pressurized gas is then directionally delivered to the target location via sealed pipelines and adaptive connectors. During this process, the built-in pressure sensor continuously monitors the air pressure inside the target location and feeds the data back to the control module for comparison against the preset pressure value. Once the detected air pressure meets the set standard, the control module immediately instructs the power assembly to shut down.
